Ingredients:
- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Baked Holiday Pasta
Ingredients:
- 16 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to skillet with ground beef and stir to combine. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix together cooked pasta and beef and pour into baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together Italian blend cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and grated parmesan. Spread cheese mixture on top of pasta mixture in baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
